Public (Non-Member) Booking is 9am to 9pm 7 days a week.


Staffed times are 11:00am to 8:00pm 7 days a week, public bookings outside of staffed times (9:00am to 11:00am or 8:00pm to 9:00pm) will receive a door access email 15 minutes before their booking time to gain entry into the facility.


We book by Court /Bay or Table by Hour (not per person)


Public Rates:


$30/per hour per Hitlab Bay (up to 4 people however only 1 person inside hitting bay at one time) or $20 for 30 minutes.


$40/per hour per Pickleball Court  (up to 6 people however only 4 players per court at one time)


$10/per hour for (1) person Drop In for Table Tennis (Ping Pong)

Important Notice for TopZpin Players:

If arriving during unstaffed times and the door is locked- 15 minutes before your scheduled Court time you will receive an email to unlock the door.

If the Lights are Off, you can switch them On with the Master Switch located on the wall to the right as you come in from the Boot Room. If you are the last to leave, please switch them Off as you leave to conserve energy.

During non-staffed hours, our cameras and software are actively monitoring court usage. To avoid additional charges, please remember:

Please play only in your designated court (by court number) and within your booked time slot.

Key reminders:

Our cameras and software monitor court movement during your court reservation within the time you have booked, 5 minutes over your booked time will incur an automatic charge of 1 hour. Using a court not booked under your name will also result in an automatic charge of 1 hour.

We are located at:

400-1222 Quebec Avenue (Across from Star Egg loading docks and behind Griffols Blood Plasma).

*2nd PAIR of Indoor Gym/Athletic Shoes REQUIRED, NO OUTDOOR FOOTWEAR allowed on surface to prevent slips/falls from snow, ice, sand and salt (no shoes worn outside allowed past the boot room)

** Only 4 players allowed on court at one time

***All paddles are provided free of charge, No Pickleballs are provided - if you do not have a pickleball, they are available in the Vending Machines located by the water bottle refill station and between the Men's & Women's Washroom

****Showers, Changerooms and lockers are available however you will need your own lock

*****First Aid box is located on wall beside the Boot Room Door (where you enter the gym beside the paddles and skipping ropes)

******AED is on site, it is at the order window before the Men's Washroom

Cancellation Policy:

All bookings are final, no refunds. Rebooking's can be made with 24 hours notice, within 48 hours notice payment can be transferred to club credit to be used for a future date.
